Allergen Free Expo & the Gluten is returning to Chicago, April 20-21, 2013. It"ll be held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL this year. Always a fun gluten-free extravaganza, this year the GFAF Expo plans on having over 150 vendors trying and selling products! The Expo will match the requirements of the Celiac community, those with gluten sensitivities, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases and Autism.

Subsequently, about a week back I discovered small white specks covering my fecal matters - an indication that I"m not completely digesting something, likely rice. I never had THIS particular trouble before, although with the Gluten free diet I "ve been consuming more rice flour and rice cereals than normal. Why it would take 3 weeks after being GF for over a month to appear does not make sense. After that, it wasn"t merely white specks, but small food particles, so I UNDERSTAND I am having trouble digesting the food I "m eating.
